Compensation: $40–$50/hour (DOE) – CA Overtime Paid
Schedule: Day time, 12-hour shifts
Job Summary
This is an armed Executive Protection assignment requiring a specialist who can transition seamlessly between close protection and secure driving. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable operating in high-tempo environments and remains composed in social settings involving high-profile public figures.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting C-suite executives and the professional maturity to integrate into that environment without friction. We value independence, reliability, and sound critical thinking. You must be able to perform at a high level both as part of a small team and during solo-coverage details.
Background Requirements: Military, law enforcement and/or private sector corporate executive protection experience is required.

Job Description The Executive Protection Agent is tasked with numerous functions; this detail operates in a dynamic and multi-faceted environment. Below are some of the functions and responsibilities:
Ensure the overall safety and security of designated Principal and their property
Competence to identify and properly act on security risks
Required to drive Principal(s) to various personal/business venues with daily transit between LA and OC
Demonstrate proficiency in use and proper maintenance for all equipment (vehicles, medical, comms)
Must maintain an acceptable professional appearance and a customer service approach
Capable of on-the-spot critical thinking, improvisation, and high emotional intelligence
Must be comfortable in a variety of social settings, with the ability to socially engineer desired outcomes
Provide close protection at various venues, events, and business meetings
Conduct advance work for routes, venues, and travel trips
Coordinate with Principal’s staff to facilitate seamless operations
Maintain physical fitness to provide coverage during physically taxing activities (running, hiking, etc.)
Proficient in defensive tactics to de-escalate or actively engage in potential threats
Responsible for administrative tasks including expense receipts and digital timekeeping
Required Licenses & Permits:
Active CA BSIS Guard Card
Active CA BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit
Valid California CCW
Valid CA Driver’s License (Class C)
Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification (Adult, Child, and Infant)
Preferred Licenses & Permits:
Certification from a recognized Defensive Driving / Security Driving school
Current Passport with more than six months expiration
Required Skills And Experience
Proven experience in Executive Protection supporting C-suite or high-profile individuals
Proficient in the use of smartphones, secure communications, and collaboration apps
Must be drug-free and willing to submit to pre-employment and random drug testing
Candidates selected for this detail must be approved by the client; those not selected will be placed on our preferred Flex Roster for upcoming assignments
Job specific training will be provided upon selection
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or walk for several hours without a break
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and drag a human up to 200 lbs or more if necessary
Must be able to respond to physical attacks, natural disasters, and evacuations
Perform physical activities such as hiking, biking, and swimming
