Site Security Manager
About the Role
Law Security & Investigation is seeking a polished, dependable, and highly professional Site Security Manager to lead a client-facing security operation in Los Angeles. This is a salaried leadership role for a site-level professional who can manage day-to-day security operations, support scheduling and coverage needs in coordination with the Security Services Manager, and serve as the primary liaison between onsite security personnel and client administrative leadership.
This position is best suited for someone who combines strong security instincts with sound judgment, calm communication, and the maturity to represent Law Security & Investigation in a high-expectation environment. The right candidate will be comfortable leading from the front, setting standards, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a strong client-service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onsite security team and uphold post standards, appearance, conduct, and readiness.
- Support scheduling and personnel coordination as delegated by the Security Services Manager.
- Serve as the primary liaison with client administrative staff and maintain a professional working relationship.
- Provide day-to-day oversight of site security operations and escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain accurate reporting, incident documentation, and operational communication.
- Support the Compliance Manager in team compliance with licensing, equipment, uniform, and post-order requirements.
- Support training, coaching, and accountability of assigned personnel.
- Identify security concerns and communicate recommendations in a professional and solutions-oriented manner.
- Help maintain a stable, discreet, and service-focused security presence at the site.
Required Qualifications
- Active California BSIS Guard Card.
- Active California BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit.
- Valid California CA CCW permit.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current AED certification.
- Prior experience in security operations, team leadership, site supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance, sound judgment, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a client-facing environment with minimal supervision.
- Comfort using smartphones, email, scheduling tools, and standard reporting platforms.
- Experience working in corporate, nonprofit, executive protection, or high-expectation client environments.
- Familiarity with incident reporting, team accountability, and shift coverage coordination.
- Must be drug-free and willing to submit to pre-employment and random drug testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Former law enforcement or military experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience leading armed security personnel or managing a security post/site.
- Familiarity with incident reporting, team accountability, and shift coverage coordination.
- Defensive driving or security driving training is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Paid sick leave.
- Eligible for 401(k) with company match and Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, after 90 days and subject to plan terms and eligibility.
